Fjord Fuzz MÅNE

 

In 2023 I started the year off with an experiment:
I wanted to release a pedal every month.

Needless to say, this failed, somewhat quickly, so after just three releases I abandoned the project.
Now it's back, but in a new way!

MÅNE is an experimental filter fuzz combo with a huge amount of wild sounds. Some are familiar, some are strange and alien. You can mix and match as you see fit, for all sorts of creative, expressive experiences.
The right hand side features a fuzz section with two different fuzz circuits, toggled by the middle switch.
Up position yields a sweet high dynamic range fuzz and the down position features a thick and woolly tonebender style circuit. It's super loud and powerful.
The left hand side features two filters. The up position here holds a beautiful twin-T band pass filter, reminiscent of classic wah sounds, but with a voice of its own. It's a refreshing take on a classic effect. The down position opens up a new world of possibilities with a huge and heavy resonant low pass filter. It's like having a synth on command.
